Pace Consulting has provided professional support in establishing a new GCC government Academy focused on developing the capabilities and expertise of government employees while playing a significant role in one of the country’s ongoing transformations to a sustainable knowledge-based economy.

As we were approaching the launch date, the client had realized the importance of carefully managing the launch stage until the operations are stabilized. It was imperative that the academy performs well during the first few months, due to the high visibility and expectations.
