As part of its continuous improvement, a center of government body in a GCC country was leading the implementation of multiple initiatives that aimed to tackle several strategic priorities. Some of these were of utmost importance requiring urgent intervention and expert support.

- Delivering the scope of some of these initiatives
- Orchestrating the execution of these initiatives across multiple stakeholders in the government
What We Did
We commenced by establishing a Strategic PMO unit that was structured around two main functions to liaise with multiple stakeholders who are responsible for delivering strategic initiatives and orchestrate the execution of other initiatives based on the leadership direction
