A center of government body in the GCC was responsible for creating efficiencies and standardization across the government. One area which was of strategic importance is the inconsistent salary scale and grading system application among different government entities. As such, this center of government body identified this as a priority due to the importance of having the right salary structure and grading system for attracting the right talents on the other.
Pace Consulting was approached to support the client team in devising a unified government-wide salary scale and grading system that is cost-effective yet allows the government to attract the required talents to excel at what they do. As such, it had to reward employees based on merits and outcomes.
