Over the years, Pace Consulting developed operating models for several entities varying in nature, size and complexity. Our definition of an Operating Model differs from many other consulting firms. To us, it is the connection between strategy and operations, extending deeper to shape the way the organization is intended to operate. Starting with the organization structure all the way to the standard operating procedures, they all should link back to the Operating Model.
