Supporting a Government Entity in Excellence Awards
Context
A GCC government body has been achieving a low score in the government excellence index. The factors contributing to the low score were attributed to inefficiencies in the organization operational activities. The entity’s leadership instructed to identify the root cause of these inefficiencies and taking the necessary measures to address them.
The Ask
Pace Consulting was requested to provide its professional support to identify and address the gaps, and to prepare the entity for the excellence award requirements and submission.

Outcomes
The outcomes of this engagement led to a significant improvement in the institutional excellence components of the government entity. Excellence scores were improved significantly which brought this entity a step closer to achieve government excellence awards.
